Sheriff Recommends Prosecution for Bieber

Remember my last post about Justin Bieber supposedly threatening and spitting on his neighbor? Well, L.A. County Sheriff believes he should be prosecuted for his nasty deeds. This isn't the first time he's rebelled against the law, though. He has a history of speeding tickets, fights, threats, drugs and so much more! 
The Sheriff's Dept. believes he needs some serious help. Just because he is famous, doesn't mean he is going to be the perfect angel. As the Sheriff said, "Anyone going down a dangerous path needs serious professional help." 
Let's hope Justin can get some help before things go even more downhill.
